After verifying availability, we will

'pencil you in' for the date you requested.

In the mean-time you will be sent a contract.

  Sign both.  Keep one for your own records

and send the other back in the

self address/stamped envelope we’ve provided.

Should anyone else call requesting the same date

(prior to receiving the signed contract)

we will give you a courtesy call, informing you of such,

just in case you need a little more time to decide.

Once we have the signed contract in hand,

we will permanently enter all of your information

in our computer database.

• About a month prior
  

to your Wedding date, we will set up a

consultation and discuss particulars.

(type of music, special dances, format of function,

and any special requests.)

• On the day of your wedding,
  

we will be dressed appropriately,

totally set up and prepared long before your guests arrive.

• We keep the pressure off of you.
  

We will have a typed itinerary

for the caterers, photographers, videographers, etc.

This way everyone will be on the same page -

leaving little room for surprises. 

This allows the reception to flow smoothly,

so the only surprise you end up with

is how quickly the time flew by.
